Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet all will call customers and ensures their orders are completed expeditiously.
• Ensure all logs including driver, visitor, and customer are completed and filed according to policy; ensure completion of all Bills of Lading.
• Respond to all customer requests in order to ensure highest level of customer service.
• Document inbound schedule and ensures regulatory and compliance logs are completed and filed per policy.
• Follow all safety, 6S standards in the distribution center to ensure clean and safe working environment.
• Perform assigned tasks utilizing standard work and policies to ensure safety and quality.
• On-site attendance required with shift/schedule; potential additional hours.
• Comply with health and safety guidelines; managers ensure compliance across teams.
• Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
• Keep professional knowledge up-to-date through workshops and publications.
• Contribute to team effort and participate on projects as needed.
