Job summary

Chamberlain Group is seeking a will-call associate to greet customers and ensure orders are processed quickly at the on-site distribution center. You will manage logs, including driver and visitor records, and complete Bills of Lading as required by policy and regulation.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, strong customer service, and strict adherence to safety and 6S standards to maintain a clean, secure workplace. 0–1 year ofexperience preferred.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent; 0–1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Regular and predictable on-site attendance and shift flexibility.
  • Strong customer service and documentation skills for orders and logs.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet all will call customers and ensures their orders are completed expeditiously
  • Ensure all logs including driver, visitor, and, customer are completed and filed according to policy; ensure completion of all Bills of Lading in accordance with regulatory agency and company policies
  • Respond to all customer requests in order to ensure highest level of customer service
  • Document inbound schedule and ensures regulatory and compliance logs are completed and filed per policy
  • Follow all safety, company, and 6S standards in the distribution center to ensure clean and safe working environment and security of all employees
  • Perform assigned tasks utilizing standard work and policies in order to ensure highest levels of safety and quality

This position requires regular and predictable on-site attendance and the ability to work the particular shift and/or schedule to which you are assigned, as well as additional hours as needed. Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams. Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Minimum Qualification

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent 0-1 year of relevant work experience

The pay range for this position is $16.88 - $24.23/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
