RTX in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a highly motivated entry-level Electrical Engineer to join the Computing Products Department within the Displays, Controls, Computing & Networking Engineering (DCCN) directorate. The role covers hardware development lifecycle including pursuit, design, integration, verification, and factory transition for computing modules and air vehicle computers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related STEM major by start date.
• Understanding of digital circuit design concepts.
• Familiarity with electronic circuit and multi-assembly system design.
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills desired.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers to design, analyze, simulate and test circuit card assemblies for avionics computers.
• Operate lab equipment to perform integration testing on hardware designs.
• Work on schematic capture of digital/analog mixed signal electrical designs.
