FleeTec Academy is a paid educational program that leads to a full-time Diesel & Trailer Technician position with us. It was established to help individuals enter the Diesel & Trailer Maintenance field without the burden of expensive technical school tuition or purchasing tools, which can be financially prohibitive.
We pay you to go through our program, providing free education on Diesel Engines fundamentals and truck repair, along with a set of hand tools and a toolbox. Our goal is to help you become the best Diesel & Trailer Technician out there!
The program requires a commitment of four (4) weeks of full-time study at our Academy Campus, with all travel expenses, accommodation, and meals paid by us, plus a weekly stipend. After completing classroom training, you will be paired with a Lead Technician for hands-on training and offered a full-time position as a Mobile Diesel Mechanic in your market. Additional training sessions may be scheduled to further develop your skills, and upon successful completion of the multi-year program, you will be qualified as a Diesel Technician. And yes, you get to keep the tools.
