Are you interested in a career as a Diesel Technician? If you have experience working on vehicles and want to advance your skills without the cost of formal education, this opportunity is for you.
We offer a paid educational program, FleeTec Academy, which trains you to become a Diesel & Trailer Technician. The program includes four weeks of full-time classroom training, with all expenses paid, including travel, hotel, and meals. After training, you will receive hands-on mentorship and a full-time position as a Mobile Diesel Mechanic, with ongoing training opportunities.
During the program, you will earn a stipend and a paycheck, and upon completion, you will be qualified to work independently on fleet vehicles at customer locations, performing preventative maintenance and repairs.
Pay details include starting rates, weekly stipends, and increases upon graduation. We seek candidates with a passion for vehicle repair, a willingness to study hard, and the ability to dedicate four weeks away from home.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required), ability to operate an iPad, and a valid driver’s license. Candidates must pass background checks, drug tests, and a DOT physical. Applicants must be at least 21 years old due to interstate commerce regulations.
