PHEAA is a nonprofit student aid organization with a mission to provide affordable access to higher education. The Default Prevention team seeks entry level representatives to contact borrowers, perform skip tracing, and counsel students to promote positive account management with external loan services.

Salary starts at $16.00/hour with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule at our Harrisburg, PA location.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer literacy and MS Office knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Learn internal systems (OneLINK, COMPASS, SLMA, ACS, Nelnet).
• Apply federal regulations and procedures to deliver effective customer service.
• Perform skip tracing and outreach activities to delinquency accounts.
• Compute days of delinquency and required monthly payments accurately.
• Communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, within a team environment.
