You will handle onboarding documentation, process account updates, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication are essential; prior customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or operations.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for dealer questions related to account activity, system navigation, documentation, payments, and general inquiries.
• Provide timely, accurate responses to dealer requests and escalate issues as needed.
• Accurately enter, update, and maintain dealer and account information in internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure payments, adjustments, and account transactions are completed accurately and on time.
• Run reports to identify missing documents or follow-up needs and flag issues to senior staff.
