Job summary

Huntington is seeking an Account Service Coordinator to support dealers and internal partners with data entry, account maintenance, and inquiry resolution. The role focuses on accuracy, timely responses, and a positive dealer experience.

You will work in a hybrid office environment, handling onboarding documentation, payments, and routine communications while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Operations to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary dealer contact for questions on account activity and documentation.
• Enter, update, and maintain dealer and account information in internal systems.
• Coordinate payments, adjustments, and account transactions with internal teams.
• Run reports to identify missing documents or follow‑up needs.
• Communicate dealer needs to Sales, Finance, and Operations; support process improvements.
