MillenniumSoft Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Data Entry & Operations Support Specialist in San Antonio, TX. This 12-month contract role supports the Customer Financial Services team with data entry, portal administration, and invoice processing.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with strong MS Excel skills, good communication, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team across multiple ERP systems. Onsite Monday-Thursday and remote on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role suitable for recent graduates.
• Experience with government contracts and purchase orders is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel; able to analyze data, reconcile, and support portals across ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Proactively review and upload billings to customer portals.
• Be the Point of Contact for Credit Card Processing.
• Provide timely, professional customer support and respond to account queries.
• Elevate issues to internal support and Sr. Management when needed.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and communicate them to the Manager.
