Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage devices, and network equipment.
• Provide remote smart hands support for customer issues.
• Monitor alerts for power, cooling, and network performance.
• Perform facility security and operational walk-throughs and document issues.
• Escalate incidents to senior engineers when needed.
• Manage ticket queue for timely responses.
