Responsibilities

• Answering multi-line phones.
• Greet customers and assist them with their needs.
• Process payments for auction items (cash, credit card, debit, wire).
• Assist customers with pickup of auction items.
• Handle DMV title work, transfers, and mail titles.
• Respond to customer inquiries and refer to proper channels.
• Resolve problems and/or complaints and follow up on resolution.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
