Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phones and greet customers.
• Assist customers with pickup of auction items.
• Process payments for auction items (cash, card, debit, wire).
• Fill out DMV temp tags and handle title work/ transfers.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure resolution; follow up as needed.
• Maintain filing, paperwork, and other related duties.
