Daily tasks include verifying documents, scanning, filing, filling out transfer forms, and coordinating with DMV/DNR across the United States.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred but not required.
• Intermediate computer knowledge; experience with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to make timely decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, team-oriented with customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Check voicemails, emails, and use Teams for internal communication.
• Process documents: verify, scan, upload, and file.
• Fill out applications and forms to transfer and acquire titles.
• Work with insurance companies and financial institutions.
• Ensure due diligence for legal transfers and sale of client property at auction.
• Interact with DMVs and DNRs across the contiguous United States.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
