CrankyApe.com in Hastings, MN is seeking a Titling Specialist to process client title work and prepare inventory for sale. The role emphasizes client relations and collaboration with business partners, requiring a detail-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.

The successful candidate will handle document verification, filing, applications for titles, and coordination with insurers and lenders, all at our Hastings facility. Full-time hours, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred but not required.
• Intermediate computer knowledge, experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Logical, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Check voicemails, emails, and utilize Teams for internal communication.
• Processing documents: verifying, scanning, uploading, and filing.
• Fill out applications and forms necessary to transfer and acquire titles.
• Work directly with insurance companies and financial institutions.
• Assure due diligence for the legal transfers & sale of client property at auction.
• Interact with DMV’s & DNR’s throughout the contiguous United States.
• Performing all other duties as assigned or requested.

CrankyApe.com is searching for an outstanding candidate to join our staff as a Titling Specialist at our Hastings, MN location!

The main role of this position is to process client title work and to prepare CrankyApe inventory for sale. Importantly, this job focuses on Client Relations and taking care of our business partners. We are searching for the right personality to fit our Titling team. This type of work can be very unique in every scenario which leads to a team player who can be trainable yet a self-learner, not afraid to research and willing to participate in titling solutions for the team. This job is very detailed oriented. The position is based at our corporate facility in Hastings, MN.

Job Duties Include

The Titling Coordinator position focuses on:

• Check voicemails, emails, and utilize Teams for internal communication.

Requirements

Hours of Operation

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM
• Occasional overtime as needed
