Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating forklifts and completing Safety on the Move (SOTM) training.
• Experience researching and leveraging multiple sources to expedite orders and meet customer requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, plan and prioritize work, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Proven sound judgment and decision-making skills in practical situations.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical manuals and breakdown diagrams.

Parts Specialist

Hourly wage range for this position:

$24 - $34 per hour based on experience

Essential Functions:

• Researches, reviews, and sources parts for both external and internal customers.


• Maintains extensive phone and email contact with vendors, customers, and technicians to ensure timely order fulfillment.


• Processes orders and allocates parts to technician work orders.


• Checks on back-ordered parts and communicates status accordingly to expedite orders.


• Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.

Required Qualifications
