Job summary

Elite Field Service is seeking a detail-oriented Parts Associate to join our busy parts department. You will be the linchpin between inventory, technicians, and customers, ensuring correct parts are ordered, received, stocked, and readily available when needed.

You'll work closely with the Parts Manager and technicians, handling deliveries, inventory records, order follow-ups, and customer inquiries by phone or email.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and stock incoming parts deliveries.
• Maintain accuracy in parts inventory and records.
• Order parts and follow up on open orders, back orders, and ETAs.
• Work directly with technicians and mechanics to get them the parts they need.
• Assist customers at the parts and service window, by phone, and via email.
• Keep the parts cage, shelving, and storage areas clean and well-organised.
• Support the Parts Manager with day-to-day department tasks as needed.

As a Parts Associate, you'll work side by side with our Parts Manager, keeping the parts department running accurately and efficiently. You'll be the connection point between our inventory, our technicians, and our customers — making sure the right parts are ordered, received, stocked, and ready when they're needed. This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes pride in being detail‑oriented, organized, and a dependable teammate.
