Job summary

Family Dollar LLC seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver an excellent shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help maintain stock and cleanliness across the store.

This role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will work with a team in a fast-paced retail environment that emphasizes safety and friendliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Must follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
