You will build rapport, upsell services, and meet weekly and monthly sales goals while delivering empathetic, clear communication. A collaborative team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to ask questions to identify solutions.
• Demonstrated patience and professionalism in customer interactions.
• Working knowledge of Cable One products and services.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Empathetic, calm under pressure.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply retention sales and customer care concepts.
• Perform entry-level sales and support tasks in region.
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone or ticketing system.

• Input orders accurately and meet sales activity goals.
• Follow scripts to ensure consistent communication.
