Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of office experience.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Accounting experience required.
• Two years of advanced education or a degree in accounting or general business preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and handle confidential account information.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative support to the Credit Department and assist with daily billing activities.
• Process daily and monthly customer credit card payments and prepare daily deposits as needed.
• Respond to customer calls and emails and assist with account-related questions.
• Process credit applications and set up new customer and project accounts.
• Research customer account information, billing discrepancies, and disputed accounts.
• Prepare, process, and file customer lien waivers with supporting documentation.
• Review and update customer records, billing information, and tax exemption certificates.
• Assist with customer refunds, vendor forms, document scanning, and account maintenance.
• Communicate with internal departments and external customers to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.
• Prioritize daily tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
