Nublock Partners is expanding our commercial real estate sales team in Los Angeles and seeking ambitious, energetic individuals eager to build a career in sales, business and commercial real estate.

No prior CRE experience is required. This role is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are competitive, entrepreneurial, and motivated by performance-based earning potential.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates and early-career professionals welcome.

• Willingness to work in-office in Los Angeles.
• Strong communication and motivation by performance-based earning.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to commercial property owners.
• Introduce property owners to Nublock Partners and identify opportunities.
• Build relationships with prospective clients and qualify opportunities.
• Refer owners to licensed brokerage team when applicable.
• Maintain notes and opportunities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with experienced brokers and team leaders.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
• Develop knowledge of commercial real estate, prospecting and deal sourcing.
