Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred in business, finance, real estate, sales, entrepreneurship, economics, marketing.
- Real estate license in the state where you will work (not required to interview).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with drive and coachability.
Responsibilities
- New business development via client outreach, including cold calls and building relationships.
- Prospecting and researching market data and industry trends.
- Attending networking and industry events.
- Advising clients on real estate investment strategies.
- Presenting marketing proposals and negotiating listings.
