JLL in Mobile, Alabama is seeking an Associate Broker-level candidate for an on-site role supporting brokerage activities. You will prepare materials, run financial models in Excel, and help with client presentations and market research.

The program includes JLLU training for new associates, with senior brokers guiding business development and transaction support in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong computer orientation with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare offering materials for new or existing assignments.
• Create Excel-based analytical tools and financial models.
• Assist with presentation and pitch materials for new business.
• Gather and evaluate market data for client deliverables and valuation models.
• Review documents and prepare abstracts for clients.
• Track, manage, and report on tasks.
• Support senior brokers with business development activities.
• Shadow senior brokers in negotiation and documentation.
