Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations and quality control.
• Prepare ingredients (wash, chop, slice, peel) according to recipes.
• Cook using grill, fry, bake, steam, braise or boil methods.
• Ensure proper seasoning, garnish, and visual appeal of dishes.
