Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients (wash, chop, slice, peel, etc.).
• Cook food using grill, fry, bake, steam, braise, boil techniques.
• Ensure proper seasoning, garnishing, and presentation.
• Follow standardized recipes and prep methods.
• Taste food prior to service to ensure quality.
• Maintain proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food.
