Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Cook to join our culinary team at The David Rubenstein Forum in Chicago. You will work under the Chef, assist in production, and help create menus reflecting seasonal availability.

Qualificações

• Active food handler’s certification or ability to obtain it.
• Experience in a professional kitchen environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare ingredients for cooking and ensure proper meal preparation.
• Assist in menu execution and maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation.
• Minimize food waste through cross-utilization of ingredients.
• Work with culinary leadership to develop menus reflecting seasonal availability.
• Maintain safety and quality standards throughout food production.
