Barry-Wehmiller Companies Inc. is seeking an Engineer to support control system integration projects across manufacturing environments. You will work with controls engineers, project teams, and clients to design, program, troubleshoot, and implement automated systems.

The role offers hands-on mentorship, development of technical depth, and opportunities to contribute to client and team relationships in a dynamic industrial setting. Travel to client sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in electrical, mechatronic, mechanical, chemical, or computer engineering, or an equivalent technical degree.
• Foundational knowledge of programming methods and electrical design.
• Ability to travel for project requirements including installation and start‑up activities.

Responsabilités

• Apply programming, electrical design, and engineering problem solving to modern manufacturing systems.
• Design, program, and troubleshoot automated machinery and line control systems.
• Develop user applications that monitor and control production processes.
• Design control systems that provide real-time production feedback.
• Develop industrial PLC programs and HMIs for client projects.
• Support project teams with control system deliverables and client-facing work.
• Travel to client sites to support project execution and startup activities.
