Job summary

Northwest Bank in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Contact Center Specialist I to deliver quality customer service, assist clients with product information, and troubleshoot basic account issues across multiple databases. This role includes 4–6 weeks of training, evening shifts with Saturday hours on a rotating basis, a shift differential after 5 PM, and a pay range of $16.50–$18.50 per hour with benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Good Technological Background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality and efficient customer service.
• Educate clients on Northwest products and services.
• Troubleshoot basic online access and account issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve problems.
