Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 1–2 years in engineering or construction management is beneficial.
• EIT certification is a plus; co-op rotations are valuable.

Responsibilities

• Reads and understands construction drawings and general industry terminology.
• Manages RFIs, submittals, drawing coordination, meeting minutes, and project correspondence.
• Assists with change management and coordination with PM and field staff.
• Supports field coordination and subcontractor management.
• Contributes to safety on the job site and professional networking within the team.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
