Job summary

Henkels & McCoy is seeking a Field Engineer I to assist in ensuring construction project activities comply with company and contract requirements and to support the project schedule with technical construction support, planning, execution, and quality control.

The role emphasizes adherence to Project Management Methodology and safety and quality protocols, while communicating risks to the PM and helping develop mitigation strategies in a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Exposure to construction or utility industry.
• Minimum educational background aligned with a BS degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring construction project activities comply with company and contract requirements.
• Support the overall project schedule by providing technical support for construction, planning, execution and quality control.
• Identify and communicate project risks to the PM and assist in developing risk mitigation steps.
• Promote high-performance teamwork and adherence to safety and quality management protocols.
