Responsibilities

• Actively understand project scope and schedule with managers and mentors.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with project teams during execution.
• Duties may evolve to estimating, field engineering, forming walls/columns, inspections, loadout, and slab prep.
