Lithko Contracting is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer to learn the fundamentals of concrete construction on active job sites in Nashville. You will be supported by a dedicated manager and mentors, with an integration program that helps you quickly advance your career in concrete construction.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Will complete a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field before start date.

Responsibilities

• Actively utilize managers and mentors to understand project scope, schedule, safety and quality.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback and performance.
• Manage the daily safety, quality, and execution of your work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with our teams via the daily preparation plan and project execution process.
• Duties may evolve to include estimating, field engineering, forming walls/columns, inspections, loadout, place/finish, slab prep, and related tasks.
