Job summary

CORE Construction, Inc. in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an entry-level Project Coordinator to support mid- to large-scale commercial construction projects.

The role will act as a liaison between the field team and project management while helping keep project documentation accurate, current, and organized. You will work with the Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and other team members across construction-phase activities and project closeout, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and

Qualifications

• Proven ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with project documentation and file organization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and assist with submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs.
• Assist with RFI documentation to the architect and distribute to trade partners.
• Assist with subcontractor change orders and gather Full & Final Change Orders.
• Record and maintain fully executed subcontracts.
• Create and maintain project directories and documentation.
• Prepare and compile Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals.
• Gather warranty letters and submit closeout letters to subcontractors.
• Coordinate with field and project teams to keep information current.
