Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction, engineering or architecture preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with CMAR/Design-Build delivery methods preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Team‑oriented and proactive problem solver.
• Must work in Scottsdale, AZ office in person.

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and assist with submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs.
• Assist with RFI documentation to architect and distribute to trade partners.
• Assist with subcontractor change orders and gather Full & Final Change Orders.
• Record and maintain fully executed subcontracts.
• Create and maintain project directories, project files, and related documentation.
• Prepare and compile Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals.
• Gather warranty letters and submit closeout letters to subcontractors.
• Coordinate with field and project management to keep information current.
