Job summary

JB Henderson Construction in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Project Coordinator to support the project management team. Under the mentorship of a Project Manager, you will assist with project documentation, scheduling, and maintenance through invoicing and post-construction activities.

Responsibilities include processing change orders, subcontracts, submittals, RFIs, and closeout documents; maintaining logs; coordinating with suppliers and owners; ensuring file accuracy and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Elementary knowledge of job costing/budgeting.
• Good mathematical skills.
• Common sense construction practice knowledge.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Process timely contract-related transactions including Change Orders and Proposed Change Orders to suppliers, subcontractors, and owners.
• Assist in the preparation of accurate, timely Subcontracts and Purchase Orders to subs/suppliers, ensure signed copies are issued, data entered into the software, and filed appropriately.
• Maintain current, accurate, document logs and provide copies of applicable correspondence as needed.
• Process timely Submittals, RFIs, and Transmittals; obtain and file Certificates of Insurance as required; assist with closeout documentation.
