Job summary

CORE is seeking an entry-level Construction Professional for the Scottsdale, AZ office to support mid- to large-scale commercial construction projects. The Project Coordinator will liaise between field and project management, ensuring accurate, current, and organized documentation.

You will work with the Project Manager and team across project phases and closeout, coordinating submittals, RFIs, and O&M manuals.

Qualifications

• High integrity and a positive attitude.
• 3+ years' work experience in commercial construction/engineering/architecture preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Basic understanding of contracts and scheduling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proactive problem solver who works independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or DocuSign is a plus.
• Understanding of CMAR/Design-Build delivery methods preferred.
• Team player, customer service oriented, valid Driver’s License.
• In-person position at Scottsdale, AZ office.

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and assist with submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs.
• Assist with RFI documentation to the architect and distribute to trade partners.
• Assist with subcontractor change orders and gather Full & Final Change Orders.
• Record and maintain fully executed subcontracts.
• Create and maintain project directories, files, and documentation.
• Prepare and compile Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals.
• Gather warranty letters and submit closeout letters to subcontractors.
• Coordinate with field and project management to keep information current.
