Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager I to support the coordination and oversight of concrete construction projects in Miami, FL. The role involves assisting with planning, budgeting, scheduling, and safety compliance, while maintaining clear communication with contractors and suppliers to keep projects on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates will have a related degree and 1–2 years of supporting project responsibilities, with strong organization, MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Detail oriented with ability to organize information on layouts, deliveries and productivity.
• Travel ability to work on projects outside of office area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and implementation of concrete frame and formwork projects.
• Perform site inspections/audits of shoring, rebar/pt installation, safety, and quality.
• Assist in managing productivity, costs, quality, and safety per policies.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to procure projects and reduce risk.
• Create and coordinate material and equipment schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractor and vendor contracts and processes.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
