Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction in Gainesville, FL seeks an Assistant Project Manager I to support project managers on concrete frame and formwork projects. You will help with planning, budgeting, scheduling, and safety compliance while maintaining project documentation and communications with contractors and vendors.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, with 1–2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Degree plus 1–2 years of relevant experience supporting project responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization.
• Detail oriented with ability to analyze layouts, deliveries and productivity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA) and ability to travel for projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and implementation of concrete frame and formwork projects.
• Perform jobsite inspections and audits of safety and quality.
• Assist in managing productivity, costs, quality and safety per policies.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to procure projects.
• Coordinate material/equipment schedules and subcontractor/contracts.
