Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction L.L.C. is hiring an Assistant Project Manager I to support project managers in coordinating concrete frame and formwork projects in our Miami area operations.

You will assist with planning, budgeting, scheduling, safety compliance, and reporting, while maintaining client relationships and ensuring projects stay on time and within budget. Strong communication and organization skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Associates degree in Engineering, Construction Management, related degree, or its equivalent with 1-2 years of work experience supporting similar responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
• Detail oriented with the ability to efficiently analyze and organize significant amounts of information regarding plan layouts, material deliveries and jobsite productivity.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Advanced knowledge of safety and relevant OSHA requirements and regulations.
• Ability to travel and work for extended periods on projects outside of the office area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the planning and implementation of concrete frame and formwork projects.
• Performs jobsite inspections/audits of shoring, rebar/pt installation, safety, and quality.
• Assists in managing project productivity, costs, quality and safety in line with company policies.
• Develops and maintains customer relationships to procure projects and reduce risk.
• Creates and coordinates material and equipment schedules and promotes their efficient use.
• Coordinates all subcontractor and vendor contracts and related processes.
• Performs special projects and other duties as assigned for organizational support.
