You’ll assist with planning, budgeting, scheduling, and safety compliance, while maintaining project documentation and communications with contractors and suppliers. Qualifications

• Bachelors or Associates degree in Engineering, Construction Management, related field, or its equivalent with 1-2 years of similar experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization, customers and vendors.
• Detail oriented with ability to analyze plans, materials deliveries and productivity.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Advanced knowledge of safety and OSHA requirements and regulations.
• Ability to travel and work on projects outside the local area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates planning and implementation of concrete frame and formwork projects.
• Performs jobsite inspections/audits of shoring, rebar/pt installation, safety, and quality.
• Assists in managing project productivity, costs, quality, and safety per company policies.
• Develops and maintains customer relationships to procure projects and ensure efficiency.
• Creates and coordinates material and equipment schedules.
• Coordinates all subcontractor and vendor contracts and processes.
• Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
