No prior experience is required; training is provided and certification fees may be covered as you progress. The role involves field work, data collection, and coordination with project teams while following ECS safety standards.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 85 pounds.
• Must have valid driver's license and insurance.
• Willing to develop understanding of heavy construction safety and procedures.
• Willing to obtain knowledge of CMT principles and ASTM laboratory standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct observation, testing, and sampling of soils, aggregates, and concrete on project sites.
• Perform routine field and laboratory tests following industry standards and testing methods.
• Collect data and perform calculations to support results and reporting.
• Maintain communication with site contractors, technicians, and project managers.
• Receive training in ECS methodology for observations, inspections, and testing.
