Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Must lift a minimum of 85 pounds and have a valid driver's license with insurance.
• Willing to learn CMT principles and ASTM laboratory standards toward certifications.
• OSHA 10 certification may be required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with contractors, peers, and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct observation, testing, and sampling of soils, aggregates, and concrete on project sites.
• Perform routine field and laboratory tests following industry standards and testing equipment.
• Collect data, make calculations, and assist with drafting and administrative duties as requested.
• Maintain daily communication with site contractors and project managers; report changes and additional testing needs.
• Receive training in ECS methodology and document findings with precision.
