Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0 years of related experience.
• Obtain basic certifications per ECS policy.
• Valid driver's license if driving for ECS.
• Good communication skills (verbal, written).
• Dependable, self-motivated, detail-oriented.
• Basic math and data entry.
• Ability to read maps and interpret plans (developing).
• Basic proficiency with tablets, phones, laptops.

Responsibilities

• Performs field observation, testing, and sampling of soil, aggregates, and concrete under supervision.
• Assists with testing activities on project sites.
• Communicates daily with contractors, technicians, and project managers.
• Reports site condition changes and additional testing needs to supervisors.
• Assists with preparation and submission of daily field reports.
• Supports basic calculations and data entry related to testing results.
• Assists in organizing field equipment and maintaining it.
• Notifies supervisors of damaged or missing equipment.
• Participates in project meetings with senior staff as requested.
• Performs other field and project support duties as assigned.
