You will process subcontractor draws, collect vendor information, validate payroll, review new hire packets, and collaborate with operations to ensure timely financial data. Strong attention to detail and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in the construction industry or similar experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in development, construction, hospitality, restaurants a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft software products.
• Ability to learn new software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage subcontractor draws to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Manage lien and sworn statements waivers.
• Request W-9 forms from vendors.
• Collect banking information from vendors for electronic payments.
• Research past-due invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Collaborate with operations for invoice approvals.
• Validate hours, deductions, and process payroll accurately.
• Review new hire packets for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with operations to meet payroll deadlines.
• Complete I-9 forms and E-Verify processes
