Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and manage subcontractor payments including lien and sworn statement waivers.
• Collect W-9 forms and banking information from vendors for electronic payments.
• Research and resolve discrepancies with past-due invoices with operations for approvals.
• Validate hours, deductions, and process payroll; coordinate with operations to meet deadlines.
• Review new hire packets for completeness, including I-9 and E-Verify processes.
