Lithko Contracting is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer to learn the fundamentals of concrete construction on the job site, with dedicated management and mentors to support your growth. Qualifications

• You must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
• You will complete a degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field before your start date, or have equivalent work or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively utilize resources to understand project scope, schedule, safety and quality plans.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with teams and the project execution process.
• Duties may evolve as skills develop.
• Responsibilities may include estimating, field engineering, formwork, inspections, loadout, place/finish, slab prep, production tracking, quantity take-offs, and more.
