Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the US for any employer now or in the future.
• Degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work/military experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively utilize your resources to understand project scope, schedule, safety and quality plans.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn on the job through hands-on experience with project teams and the execution process.
• Duties may evolve as skills grow and may include estimating, field engineering, form work, inspections, loadout, and slab prep.
