Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction is seeking an entry-level Laborer I to support concrete construction operations on our projects in St. Louis, MO. You will assist skilled tradespeople, help prepare and clean job sites, handle materials, and operate basic tools on foundations, slabs, walls, and curbs.

The role emphasizes physical work, balance, and safety. This position may require exposure to weather conditions and adherence to site procedures; 30-hour OSHA card is desired and employment is governed

Qualifications

• Entry-level Laborer responsible for performing physical tasks to support concrete construction.
• Assist skilled tradespeople, prepare and clean job sites, handle materials, and operate basic tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, up to 90 pounds with assistance.
• 30 Hour OSHA Card desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor to include jobsite clean‑up and moving of materials by hand.
• Operating motorized equipment including power tools, saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.
• Work requires alert individuals with good balance and physical strength.
• Assist in pouring of vertical concrete.
• Install reshores per instructions.
• Working during inclement weather, could be exposed to extreme cold and heat, noise and dust from construction operations depending upon project site.
