Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction is seeking Laborer I to support concrete construction projects in Minneapolis. You will assist skilled trades, keep job sites clean, and move materials by hand, while operating basic tools as needed.

The role is entry-level, offers competitive hourly pay, and benefits. You may be exposed to varying weather and physical demands; prior concrete labor or formwork experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 90 pounds with assistance.
• Experience in formwork / concrete labor preferred.
• 30 Hour OSHA Card desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor, site cleanup, and material handling.
• Operate basic power tools and equipment as directed.
• Assist in pouring vertical concrete and installing reshores.
• Work in varying weather conditions, including extreme cold and heat.
