Job summary

Construction Solutions Group is accepting applications for an entry-level Laborer I to support concrete construction operations. You will assist skilled tradespeople, prepare and clean job sites, handle materials, and operate basic tools and equipment on projects such as foundations, slabs, walls, and curbs.

The role emphasizes physical stamina, safety, and reliability, with opportunities to grow within a long-standing construction team. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, and up to 90 lb with assistance.
• Willingness to perform strenuous outdoor labor in all weather.
• Experience or exposure to formwork/concrete labor preferred.
• OSHA 30 card desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor including jobsite clean-up and material handling.
• Operate motorized equipment and power tools.
• Maintain safety and awareness on a busy construction site.
• Assist in pouring vertical concrete structures.
• Install shoring per instructions.
• Work in varying weather conditions with exposure to noise and dust.
