Ceco Concrete Construction in Kansas City, KS is seeking a Laborer I to support concrete construction operations. The role involves assisting skilled trades, site prep, material handling, and operating basic tools.

You will contribute to safe, efficient completion of foundations, slabs, walls, and curbs. This entry-level position requires physical readiness and reliability; experience is helpful, and the team promotes safety and teamwork on every project.

Qualifications

• Heavy lifting up to 50 pounds, and up to 90 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to walk, stoop, kneel, reach and climb.
• Experience with formwork / concrete construction labor preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor to include jobsite clean-up and moving of materials by hand.
• Operate motorized equipment and power tools such as saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.
• Assist in pouring of vertical concrete.
• Follow Instructions to install reshores and support structures.
• Work in varied weather conditions including extreme cold/heat, noise and dust.
